Terracap purchased the Innes Centre in 2002, At 107,000 square feet, the centre is a large big box retail centre located in the vibrant commercial hub of Ottawa’s Gloucester neighbourhood, off Highway 417.

The centre’s key anchors include large department stores such asMacDonalds, Partsource, and Sleep Country , with RONA serving as a shadow anchor. Innes Road is a major east-west arterial linking Ottawa with the growing residential and commercial hub of Gloucester
