Colonial Commons lies at the intersection of Colonial Boulevard and Winkler Avenue, in Fort Myers, Florida. The 38.89-acre site features a major signalised intersection, one of the highest traffic counts in the county, and significant frontage on Colonial Boulevard, a major arterial road in the heart of Lee County, joining Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres.
